EU Official Journal Notices for March 12
In the March 12 edition of the Official Journal of the European Union the following trade-related notices were posted:
- Agricultural TRQs. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/386 of 11 March 2019 laying down rules with regard to the apportionment of tariff rate quotas for certain agricultural products included in the WTO schedule of the Union following the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the Union and with regard to import licences issued and import rights allocated under those tariff rate quotas (here).
- Novel foods. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/387 of 11 March 2019 authorising an extension of use of Schizochytrium sp. (ATCC PTA-9695) oil as a novel food and the change of the designation and of the specific labelling requirement of Schizochytrium sp. (ATCC PTA-9695) oil under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 (here).
- Novel foods. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/388 of 11 March 2019 authorising the change of the specifications of the novel food 2′-fucosyllactose produced with Escherichia coli K-12 under Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 (here).
- Chemicals. Summary of European Commission Decisions on authorisations for the placing on the market for the use and/or for use of substances listed in Annex XIV to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (Published pursuant to Article 64(9) of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) (here).
- GIs -- potatoes. Commission Implementing Decision of 8 March 2019 on the publication in the Official Journal of the European Union of the application for registration of a name referred to in Article 49 of Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council -- ‘Ayrshire New Potatoes’/‘Ayrshire Earlies’ (PGI) (here).
