Kepler Still Aiming for 2017 Launch

A planned late 2017 satellite launch remains on schedule, Kepler Communications CEO Mina Mitry told FCC International Bureau staffers including Satellite Division Chief Jose Albuquerque at a meeting recapped in an ex parte filing posted Monday. The Canadian company said it hopes to have its 140-satellite constellation fully in orbit by 2022 (see 1611160010).
