American Airlines Drops In-flight Connectivity Complaint Against Gogo

American Airlines dropped the declaratory judgment it sought against Gogo earlier this month as it sought court help in ending its contract with the in-flight connectivity company in favor of a rival offering by ViaSat (see 1602160057), Gogo said in a news release Monday.
