The CBO released reports Thursday on the House Judiciary Committee’s Satellite Television Extension and Localism Act reauthorization bill (HR-5036) and the Senate Judiciary Committee’s cellphone unlocking bill (S-517). The clean STELA bill from House Judiciary “would not have a significant effect on the federal budget,” CBO said (http://1.usa.gov/UemC0S).
