"It is a long-standing policy that we do not comment on intelligence matters,” said the U.K. Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) Wednesday in response to the filing Tuesday by Privacy International of a complaint alleging the security service hacks computers and mobile devices (CD May 14 p18).
