The Gray Miller Persh law firm launched this month. The firm was founded by former Dow Lohnes attorneys Todd Gray, Margaret Miller and Barry Persh, said Miller. Their practice areas are noncommercial radio and TV broadcasting, and educational communications, she said. Cooley acquired Dow Lohnes effective Jan. 1, and announced the acquisition in the fall (CD Oct 16 p13).
