The following are trade-related highlights of the Executive Communications sent to Congress for December 30, 2011 - January 19, 2012:

Federal whistleblowers. The Merit Systems Protection Board transmitted a report entitled: "Blowing the Whistle: Barriers to Federal Employees Making Disclosures." (4432)
Iran sanctions. The Sentencing Commission Chair transmitted a letter in response to the directive in Section 107 of the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions Accountability and Divestment Act of 2010, pursuant to Public Law 111-195, section 107; to the Committee on the Judiciary. (4435)
Terrorism. The President transmitted notification that the national emergency regarding terrorists who threaten to disrupt the Middle East peace process is to continue in effect beyond January 23, 2012. (4619)
