The following are highlights of the trade-related Executive Communications sent to Congress from December 29, 2010 to January 12, 2011:

Foreign-Trade Zone Board. The Import Administration transmitted the Department of Commerce’s annual report for fiscal year 2009 on the activities of the Foreign-Trade Zones Board. (23, 01/05/11)
Whistleblower protections. The Merit Systems Protection Board transmitted a report entitled, "Whistleblower Protections for Federal Employees." (69, 01/12/11)
National emergency with North Korea.The Department of the Treasury Secretary transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency with respect to North Korea that was declared in Executive Order 13466 of June 26, 2008. (55, 01/11/11).
National emergency with the Western Balkans. The Department of the Treasury Secretary transmitted a six-month periodic report on the national emergency with respect to the Western Balkans that was declared in Executive Order 13219 of June 26, 2001. (10, 01/05/11)
