GAO Statement on SBI & DHS Challenges Along SW Border

The Government Accountability Office has issued a statement for the record (GAO-10-651T) to a Senate Committee regarding the Secure Border Initiative. The GAO states that the Department of Homeland Security has faced numerous challenges deploying technology and fencing along the Southwest border.
