The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

3The China-wide entity preliminarily includes Datong Yunguang Chemicals Plant, Hebei Foreign Trade and Advertising Corporation, Shanxi Newtime Co., Ltd., and United Manufacturing International (Beijing) Ltd.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these reviews. The final results of the new shipper review are currently due within 90 days of May 5, 2010, and the final results of the administrative review are currently due within 120 days of May 13, 2010.
