May 7, 2010 TPL and TRQ Report on Textiles, Sugar, Etc.

Broker Power is now issuing weekly summary reports highlighting the most active textile and apparel tariff preference levels1 from U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s “Quota Weekly Commodity Status Report.” BP’s weekly report also lists the TRQ commodities on CBP’s weekly “TRQ/TPL Threshold to Fill List.”

1The textile and apparel TPLs listed in this report are those that were the most “active” in their prior control period, i.e., they were more than 40% filled at the end of their period. Coverage will expand to other TPLs if their activity is significant in the current control period. Data on the other commodities mirrors CBP’s Threshold to Fill List.
