AD: Brazil and Vietnam Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.01%

¹The ITA preliminarily finds that adverse facts available (AFA) is warranted with respect to these companies because they failed to respond to the ITA's requests for information.

³The ITA states that the Vietnam-wide entity includes Aquatic Products Trading Company, Seaprodex Hanoi, Kien Giang Sea Products Import-Export Company (Kisimex), Nha Trang Company Limited, Nha Trang Fisheries Co. Ltd., Seaprodex, Sea Products Imports & Exports, Song Huong ASC Import-Export Company Ltd., Song Huong ASC Joint Stock Company, Viet Nhan Company, and V N Seafoods.

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of March 9, 2007.
