The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00%

1The China-wide entity for Axes/Adzes includes Jafsam Metal Products (Jafsam).

2The China-wide entity for Bars/Wedges includes Shandong Machinery Import & Export Company (SMC) and Jafsam.

3The China-wide entity for Hammers/Sledges includes SMC, Jafsam, and Shandong Huarong Machinery Co. (Huarong).

4The China-wide entity for Picks/Mattocks includes Jafsam, Tianjin Machinery Import and Export Corporation (TMC), and Huarong.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of review, which are currently due within 120 days of March 8, 2007 for China and within 90 days of March 19, 2007 for Germany.
