CV/AD: Turkey Welded Carbon Steel Standard Pipe and India Certain Forged Stainless Steel Flanges
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following countervailing (CV) duty new shipper review and antidumping (AD) duty administrative review:
(a) preliminary de minimis CV duty rate of 0.20%
(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.06%

2The ITA has preliminarily determined to apply an adverse facts available (AFA) rate to Rollwell's sales.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be AmendedThese preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of the AD duty administrative review, which are currently due within 120 days of March 7, 2007, and the CV duty new shipper review.
