AD: India Certain Forged Stainless Steel Flanges and China Brake Rotors

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.02%

(b) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00%

²The China-wide entity includes Xiangfen Hengtai Brake System Co., Ltd. (Hengtai) and Qingdao Rotec Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (Rotec), for which the ITA has preliminary determined to apply adverse facts available (AFA) in the calculation of this margin.

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 90 days of January 31, 2007 for India, and within 120 days of February 15, 2007 for China.
