AD: Sweden Stainless Steel Wire Rod and Korea Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar (rebar)
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:
(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.00%
1 The ITA notes that FSAB also includes AB Sandvik Materials Technology (SMT) and Kanthal AB (Kanthal), which the ITA has collapsed with FSAB and is treating as a single entity in this administrative review.
2 The ITA has preliminarily determined to collapse DSM, KISCO, and HSI into a single entity for purposes of this administrative review.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty or CV duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of October 6, 2006 for Sweden, and within 120 days of October 10, 2006 for Korea.
