AD: China Floor-Standing, Metal-Top Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof and China Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary de minimis AD duty rate of 0.21%

ITA notes that this preliminary rate is calculated as U.S. dollars per bag. For High Den, ITA calculated per-unit cash deposit and assessment rates rather than ad valorem rates.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty or CV duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of September 12, 2006 for floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof, and within 120 days of September 13, 2006 for polyethylene retail carrier bags from China.
