AD: Chile Individually Quick Frozen Red Raspberries and Taiwan Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip in Coils

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

(a) preliminary AD rate of zero

(b) preliminary AD de minimis rate of 0.13%

(c) preliminary AD de minimis rate of 0.36%

Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for SANCO

The ITA states that it preliminarily determines to revoke the AD duty order with respect to Santiago Comercio Exterior Exportaciones Sociedad Anonima (SANCO) as SANCO has submitted a certification to the effect that for a consecutive three-year period, including the current review period, it sold the subject merchandise in commercial quantities at not less than normal value and that it would continue to do so in the future.

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of August 8, 2006 (Chile) and August 9, 2006 (Taiwan).
