AD: China Polyvinyl Alcohol, Folding Metal Tables and Chairs

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:

The China-wide entity includes Anji Jiu Zhou Machinery Co., Ltd., Xiamen Zehui Industry Trade Co., and Yixiang Blow Mold Yuyao Co., Ltd.

(a) the ITA has found that SinoPec has not made sales below the normal value, as a result a preliminary AD duty rate of zero exists

(b) preliminary AD duty de minimis rates for Feili (0.35%) and New-Tec (0.11%)

Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of July 7, 2006 (polyvinyl alcohol) and July 10, 2006 (folding metal tables and chairs).
