The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results for the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

The ITA indicates that these companies are "sample rate" exporters, whose rate was calculated using proprietary information, averages and sampling exercises.

AD duty new shipper review

(a) preliminary AD de minimis rates of 0.17% for Meita and 0.04% for Winhere

(b) With regard to the AD duty new shipper review of SZAP, the ITA finds that the one sale made by SZAP was not a bona fide commercial transaction. Therefore, the ITA is preliminarily rescinding the AD duty new shipper review of SZAP.
