AD: China Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China for the period of June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004.
AD Cash Deposit Rate for a Time of Entry On/After 01/17/06:

(a) The ITA has found that an AD duty rate of zero exists for CMC; as a result, no AD cash deposit is required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue;
(b) The ITA has found that the AD duty rate is de minimis for LYC (0.18%). As a result, no AD cash deposit is required; however, suspension of liquidation will continue;
(c) For previously reviewed or investigated companies not listed above that have a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will continue to be the company-specific rate published for the most recent period;
(d) The cash deposit rate for all other China exporters will be 60.95%, the current China-wide rate and;
(e) The cash deposit rate for non-China exporters of subject merchandise from China will be the rate applicable to the China exporter that supplied the exporter.
Assessment Instructions for the Review Period (06/01/03 - 05/31/04)
The ITA will issue appraisement instructions directly to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) within 15 days of January 17, 2006. In addition, the ITA states that it has calculated importer-specific AD duty assessment rates for merchandise subject to this review.
Where an importer-specific ad valorem rate is zero or de minimis, the ITA states that it will order CBP to liquidate appropriate entries of subject merchandise without regard to AD duties.
