AD: Thailand Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products and China Honey
The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative reviews:
(a) preliminary AD de minimis rate of 0.01% for SSI
The China-wide rate includes the following companies that preliminarily did not qualify for a separate rate: Sichuan-Dujiangyan Dubao Bee Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dubao) and Eurasia Bee's Products Co., Ltd. (Eurasia).
Intent to Revoke AD Duty Order for SSI
The ITA states that it preliminarily determines to revoke the AD duty order with respect to certain hot-rolled carbon steel products produced and exported by SSI, as SSI sold the merchandise at not less than the normal value for a period of three consecutive years.
Preliminary Results are Not in Effect and May be Amended
These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of December 9, 2005 (Thailand) and December 16, 2005 (China).
