AD: Mexico Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod and China Fresh Garlic

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping (AD) duty administrative and new shipper reviews:

AD duty new shipper review

San Li was referred to as Henan Xiancheng Sunny Foodstuff Factory in the initiation of the new shipper review.

The China-wide rate includes the following companies that preliminarily did not qualify for a separate rate: Pizhou Guangda Import and Export Co., Ltd. (Guangda), H&T Trading Company (H&T), Jinxiang Hongyu Freezing and Storing Co., Ltd. (Hongyu), Jining Yun Feng Agriculture Products Co., Ltd. (Yun Feng), Clipper Manufacturing Ltd. (Clipper), and Heze Ever-Best International Trade Co., Ltd. (Ever-Best).

(a) preliminary AD duty de minimis rate of 0.04%

(b) preliminary AD duty rate of zero

(c) preliminary AD duty de minimis rate of 0.45%

Preliminary Results Are Not in Effect and May be Amended

These preliminary results are not in effect and may be amended in the final results of these AD duty administrative and new shipper reviews, which are currently due within 120 days of November 7, 2005 (Mexico) and within 120 days of November 18, 2005 (China).
