AD: Malaysia Certain Color Television Receivers

The International Trade Administration (ITA) has published in the April 16, 2004 Federal Register its final negative antidumping (AD) duty determination that certain color television receivers from Malaysia are not being, nor are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.

As a result, and pursuant to 19 CFR Part 351.207(d), the ITA's AD duty investigation on certain color television receivers from Malaysia, as well as the companion International Trade Commission's (ITC's) AD injury investigation, are automatically terminated.

(The ITA notes that in both the preliminary and final AD duty determinations the AD duty rate was de minimis, and therefore liquidation was never suspended for subject merchandise from Malaysia.)
