AD: China Polyethylene Retail Carrier Bags

(a) Hang Lung continues to have a preliminary de minimis AD rate of 0.12%

The ITA has concluded that these six companies are based in Hong Kong.

The ITA states that the AD rates listed above are applicable to companies which manufacture and export their own merchandise.
