State Dept. OKs Military Sales to UK, Greece
The State Department approved two potential military sales to the U.K. and Greece worth more than a combined $450 million, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Aug. 1.
The U.K. will receive “Javelin Lightweight Command Launch Units” for $300 million. The principal contractor will be the Javelin Joint Venture.
Greece will buy “follow-on support and sustainment of S-70 helicopters” for $162.07 million. The principal contractor will be Lockheed Martin.
