Wind Tower Trade Coalition, challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of utility scale wind towers from Malaysia. #21-00578. Filed Nov. 11.

Valeo North America, Inc., challenging Commerce's final determination in the scope ruling over whether Valeo's heat-treated T-series aluminum sheets fall under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum sheet from China. #21-00579. Filed Nov. 12.
