Nagase & Co., Ltd., challenging the Commerce Department's final results in the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on glycine from Japan. #21-00574. Filed Oct. 29.

Acer America Corporation and Acer Service Corporation, challenging lists 3 and 4A Section 301 tariffs on products from China. #21-00575. Filed Nov. 1.
