CPSC Updates Safety Standard for High Chairs

The Consumer Product Safety Commission released a direct final rule April 1 amending its safety standard for high chairs to incorporate the latest revisions to the ASTM voluntary industry standard, it said. The changes are effective July 3, unless CPSC receives a “significant adverse” comment by May 3.
